Program
Customers who opt in may receive automated text messages from Igor's Clean Truck Check about vehicle testing due dates, appointment reminders, scheduling, and related service updates. This program does not include promotional offers. Message frequency varies with vehicle due dates and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Your choice
SMS reminders are optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a service. Providing a phone number or booking an inspection alone does not enroll you. You must separately agree to receive reminders.

Verbal enrollment
You may opt in during a phone call or an in-person conversation with Igor's Clean Truck Check. We read the script below, obtain your explicit agreement, and record your name, mobile number, the date and time, the staff member, and the script used in Fleet Compliance Manager. We do not enroll customers solely because they have previously used our services.

Messages depend on your mobile service and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A reminder does not change a vehicle's testing deadline; verify your current deadline in your official records.
