BUSINESS USE
Fleet Compliance Manager (FCM) is a Windows application for authorized staff to manage fleet records, emissions-test history, due dates, appointments and related business operations. It is not a government service or a substitute for official compliance records.
ACCURATE RECORDS AND AUTHORIZED ACCESS
Use only accounts and records you are authorized to manage. Review imported information, vehicle identifiers, due dates, recipients and appointment details before relying on them or sending them to others. Verify compliance requirements and test status with the appropriate official source.
OPTIONAL GOOGLE CALENDAR CONNECTION
Connecting Google Calendar authorizes FCM to read and manage events in the selected calendar. Staff can create, update and cancel appointments and send invitations. Review recipient addresses and event notes before sending: vehicle information and notes may be visible to guests and others with calendar access. You can revoke access through your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY
Google Calendar and other connected services are governed by their providers' terms and policies. Internet outages, service changes and revoked or expired authorization can interrupt synchronization. FCM does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, invitation delivery or regulatory compliance. Confirm important appointments and keep appropriate backups.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
Protect computers, local databases, backups and transfer packages from unauthorized access. Do not share passwords or authorization tokens. Our FCM Privacy Policy describes the information used by the application, its storage and sharing, and your choices.
