Information used for SMS
For customers who opt in, the reminder program uses their name, mobile number, relevant vehicle and appointment information, consent records, and message delivery and opt-out records. This information supports vehicle testing reminders, appointment reminders, scheduling, and related service updates.

How information is shared
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers needed to operate and deliver the messaging program, such as our messaging provider. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your choice
SMS reminders are optional and are not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance, call (916) 798-8400, or email cacarbtesting@gmail.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Records and protection
Access to reminder records will be limited to people and service providers who need them to operate the program. We will retain only the records needed to provide service, document consent, respect opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to necessary recordkeeping requirements.
